Like to hear how the manics were...i saw them many moons ago on a top of the pops recording!😀 They were great, first time I've since them since the National Treasures show at the O2 a good 6 or 7 years ago, although I was sat rather than stood this time (I have painful memories of getting over excited and jumping about to Motorcycle Emptiness and realising I'm not getting any younger). Seeing them again at the RFH next month, not sure if it'll be pretty much the same set but I'm really looking forward to it, they seemed to really enjoy playing live.

Yesterday afternoon, I did a backstage tour at the Festival Theatre in Edinburgh and a lovely man on the tour went and bought me a ticket to War Horse! It was a great seat for an amazing show, (Row N in the stalls) and I felt so shocked that someone would just buy some random teenager an expensive ticket to a show. I was pretty shocked to say the least, but I was so grateful. War Horse was excellent and I loved the use of a cloud for the back projections. I really enjoy your contributions on here and I nearly fell of my sofa when I realised you’re a teenager, so if you’re the same in real life I imagine they saw your joy for theatre and wanted to help develop it!

Going to see the NT Live broadcast of Macbeth on Thursday. Reading all the reviews has me really intrigued to see if it's really that bad.

Witness For The Prosecution I misread it as "Waitress For The Prosecution" Well, the prosecutors probably get quite tired doing all that arguing, they'd probably like someone to come round with a snack trolley! 😁

Oh finally I can post on this thread!
Thursday: Absolute Hell (let's hope it isn't for me and my pal) Friday: Hamilton (fashionably late to the party as usual) Saturday: Absolute Hell (again because another pal is in London on Sat and wants to see it too) Sunday: Bank Robbery (as in the play of course haha... ha...)

Tonight I'm off to Chess. As an homage I am wearing black and white checkered shoes and a black eye. Gardening is a bloody dangerous business!

A drought of nearly four London-less months is finally coming to an end tomorrow and I can't wait.
Seeing Bat out of Hell twice tomorrow and Saturday evening (don't judge) and since nobody wanted my ticket for 42nd Street, the Saturday matinee of that. Unless I decide last-minute to give Chess a go after all. In-between waits an outing to Cardiff on Friday to drag our own @emicardiff into Sting's Last Ship at the WMC.
I might also try to pop round the West End Bake Off on Saturday if my coach back from Cardiff arrives on time, in which case I'm the idiot with the suitcase because there won't be time to ditch it at the hotel before the event closes at 1pm.

To be clear I didn't require too much dragging. Though I will confess every time I think 'Sting Musical' I still hear Phoebe from Friends 'Rosssss Caaaaannn'
