DIS-RESPECTFUL! Funniest thing I've seen all week. Thanks Burly. Patti. Woman of 100 accents all in one show (Sweeney)!

He has an entire catalogue of Patti piss-takes.
I listened to her interview with Graham Norton on YouTube. She doesn't half talk some rubbish. In the first 5 minutes she condemns Broadway for not actually wanting to work and finding any excuse not to (not the leads of course, it's just the ensemble who are shysters) and then tells us she'll be missing for two nights of a 1 week run with Seth Rudetsky in London..

Spent a lovely hour watching those LaPone "piss takes"they are so funny. Plus the boy can really sing.

I do love Patti. She believes in her hype and I find that refreshing. Plus she has the talent to back that up anyway.

Yes. She is outrageously Patti. Larger than life, and almost larger than legend LOL And completely thrilling and giving it 150%.

I used to adore Patti but she is nothing more than a set of powerful pipes for me. Her range and belt(mix?? - she is so head voicey) is impressive but she lacks the tone and phrasing that tends to win me over nowadays...

I am currently a bit obsessed with one of her albums called 'the lady with the torch'. It is very calming and loverly.

Her memoir is really something- one of my favorite reads (quite a bit of dirt too if you're into that- especially on a certain lord..)
But THESE! are gold!
(I mean watch it all but I highlighted on part that's just iconic- hammammabilly)
and this one- the annual Gypsy revival- gold..

Nobody puts Patti on page 4 of the Performers thread. So here's this...
