Thank you for posting! Missed out first time but thanks to your alert, got them this time. About a 15-20 minute way to arrive in my inbox. Gone again by the looks of it?

You can also use it to purchase NT Vouchers, thus will be valid for a year. I've had a good look round the NT site and can't work out how to do this? Can you help? (I entered a NT voucher into my basket, but it only gave an option to enter and NT voucher. I tried the Theatre Token code but it didn't 'work. The other other option takes me straight to payment which needs card details) Thanks

Such an amazing scheme although I am not sure why more shows/theatres didn't make reference to it on social media with clear directions on how to book your tickets (our local atg theatre did).
You'd want people to use their vouchers with you and not the "competition".

I definitely receieved a voucher which I glanced at in my inbox. I now can't find it - what email did the voucher come from? Thank you!

I just used mine via phone at the National Theatre. Really good scheme!

I have also just converted mine to a National Theatre gift voucher via phone. All fairly painless.
The only downside is that, unlike credits, it will not automatically show up in your NT account during a purchase, so you have to remember that you have a gift voucher and manually key it in.

I still have mine to spend and it needs to be spent by midnight tonight!
Does anyone know what ticket brokers can accept this, if any? I know TKTS does.

The majority of local and independent theatres should accept them, you can always check on their website too. They work with ATG too but for some theatres they’re only redeemable over the phone or at the box office -as far as I’m aware:)

Just had an email to say more will be released tomorrow.
"Any unspent or partly-spent vouchers from the original pot of £1m will expire and be able to be claimed again by new theatre-lovers. As there will be fewer vouchers than before, we expect demand to be high so make sure if you missed out first time that you're prepared, as vouchers are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis"

I used my one this morning to book at Sadler's Wells for a performance in September. As I was in Islington I did it in person and it was all very straightforward.

I even recovered my deleted items to try and find it but it really did just vanish into the ether... They were very quick to resend over the weekend though, even though it said the email was only monitored Mon-Fri!

I had the same problem (both this time and with a previous Theatre Tokens email). It may help to search your mailbox for ‘noreply@theatretokens.com’ as that’s the address they’re sent from.

I had searched for that email, but no luck! Very strange, although they sent them Over again in minutes.

Website is now live
It remembers email addresses so if you've already claimed last time you can't do it again, unless you have new email addresses

Website is not working for me, didn't get a voucher last time round as I was too slow, this time I put in the info and then the website stopped working, will try again.

The site has been going very slowly, but if it doesn't seem to submit the first attempt on each of the pages click again and it seems to progress.
Though it is warning that it may take up to an hour for the voucher to arrive, so make sure to make a note of the order number in case it doesn't turn up.

Queued for 30minutes, popup saying it's my turn, click ok, page refreshes, 'Queue paused'.
Well I'm glad others were able to their multiple vouchers previously.

Looks like there was huge demand. I saw they had £200,000/8,000 tokens available. Not sure about others but my queue number was 50,000!

Hope that yours worked too Jacob. Did you get to a confirmation page beyond the 2nd page where you insert your postcode and full name? just stuck loading for me before not going through. A shame !! not the end of the world though
