Was that weird 3D version of Starlight a success on tour? I don't know if people will invest money in the whole track thing again if the public interest isn't there. The 3D version toured on and off from 2004-2008 and then in 2012-2013. In 2004 it was quite impressive but more recently the 3D looked very dated as there have been a lot of 3D advances on film in recent years. The most recent tour had a load of new arrangements which made it sound great. The new song was nice but not relevant. It always seemed quite full when I went. The 3D version also did a US Tour before the UK and has visited Scandanavia and New Zealand. If they did choose to your it again before bringing it back to London, they should definitely region the races with new 3D and make them less comedic.

Anyone know what's happening at the Chocolate Factory - Christmas music wise? - I'm praying for Light in the piazza

I'd like to see a Sweet Charity revival There won't be one in London any time soon, it's only been 10 years or so since it was at the Menier. There's the production at the Royal Exchange though

I know it was a revival which transferred to the Haymarket with Tamzin Outwaite (who id like to see do another musical) Yeah I know who it was with, and with the concert at Cadogan Hall last year with Denise van Outen, it's highly unlikely to happen unless it was a star vehicle for someone

Think it is great we are having tours of: Little Shop of Horrors, The Wedding Singer, Rent, Sister Act and Thoroughly Modern Millie, if we are honest these would be overwhelmed in the West End, but will have a decent life on tour and will mean more of you will see it, as it will be at some point local to you.

So do I. I like how the revive more modern musicals for a UK tour rather than bringing them back to the West End. Now it's only Legally Blonde they need to revive for a tour!

Anyone know what's happening at the Chocolate Factory - Christmas music wise? - I'm praying for Light in the piazza TITANIC at the ENO would be magnificent with it's beautiful score played by their orchestra and Southwark have proved it doesn't need an elaborate set. Great ensemble pieces too. How about it ENO ?
It would need the Southwark/Charing Cross cast though. They were PHENOMENAL!!!!!!
Maybe in 2018 ??

My uni musical theatre society's request for the Rock of Ages rights were denied because apparently a new production is going to open in London at some point soon. Anyone heard anything about this?
