P. L. Travers is Australian-British, so I’m sure she won’t mind.
I’m sure they are getting top ££ and if their good then great.
Theatre is back from covid days, let’s also be happy about that!
Happy days!

Why why why have they cast two Australian performers in the lead roles instead of UK casting? I think we're all a bit 'done' with seeing the Strallens work their way through it but there must be UK performers chomping at the bit for these roles. To be fair the same argument is happening over there as a lot of UK performers are cast in leading roles instead of Australian performers.

Did anyone try priority booking today? What are the prices like? Also, is there any indication if there is going to be a preveiws period before an official opening night?

I got front row for £75 with the ATG+ discount
There are seats for £15-£55 which are towards the back and in the circle, stalls are £55-£90 and package seats (I hate that they force package seats) for £135-£160.

Most of the stalls are reserved for the show of Nov 14. Could this be the official opening night?

The marketing has Cameron Mackintosh and Disney's billing switched so Cameron is first then Disney. Wonder why that is?

Those top prices are getting crazy, they are more than concert prices in a similar sized venue. I know Poppins isn't a cheap show to stage but it has a decent run at each venue and not like a couple of night run from a performer who may not tour again for a few years etc.
But if people pay the prices its up to them.

I booked my ticket for Plymouth yesterday. The cheapest seats are usually £18 in that theatre but they are £25 for this.
